Shipping Policy, Taxes & Payment
- The large majority of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed, and delivered within 1-3 working days across Malaysia via our official courier. For East Malaysia, and some locations will take slightly longer for the order to be delivered (3-5 working days).
- We ship our products through leading courier services, and you can track your order online once it is shipped. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver any of your items, be assured that you will be refunded in full.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt at the designated address due to the unavailability of the Recipient, the Recipient will be notified via SMS. Ninja Van will perform a 2nd and 3rd attempt to deliver the parcel. However, after a 3rd failed attempt, Ninja Van will return the parcel to the Sender and will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations and be fully entitled to the delivery fee for the parcel. Please contact our team at Customer Experience Hotline at 03-27712778, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (GMT+8), to arrange for your parcel to be redelivered.
- We ship our products 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), with the exception of Sunday and public holidays. For all express shipping orders, to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship our products via reputed courier services.
- If you believe that your parcel did not arrive in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery of the goods, and call/message our Customer Experience team at 03-27712778, available Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (GMT+8), and mention your order reference number for us to look into.
- When placing orders through the Website, you agree to fulfil all necessary payments.
- Unless noted otherwise, the prices displayed for Nasty/NCIG Products represent the full retail price listed on the product itself. All prices are quoted and payable in RM (Ringgit Malaysia), regardless of where an order is placed or shipped. Foreign exchange rates apply and may depend on the date your order was placed.
- In the event that you dispute the amount or validity of any payments made to Nasty Worldwide through this Website, you must notify us in writing, within three (3) days of payment, of any such dispute by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You expressly agree that your failure to notify Nasty Worldwide of any dispute within three (3) days of payment will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.”
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any item in your order, we shall refund the amount within 3-5 working days for payment using credit card/ debit card. Please note that the actual credit of refund amount to your account will also depend on your bank’s processing time, which may take up to 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit refund within this period, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues.
